Offering a Spectrum of Tool Room Solutions

Hi-Tech CNC Marketing & Services is a leading tool room machinery supplier that is bringing a comprehensive showcase of advanced tool room machinery and an exciting product launch to the upcoming ACMEE 2025 exhibition.

“ACMEE has a wide reach and a great reputation in the industry,” says Pethaperumal Nagappan, Chief Executive, Hi-Tech CNC Marketing & Services. Over the years, the exhibition has provided the company with numerous opportunities to interact with top-tier management of potential customers, constantly delivering good results. “We are glad to state with pride that we have participated in all ACMEE shows right from the year 1996,” he further adds.

Comprehensive Tool Room Solution

A complete spectrum of tool room solutions will be on display during the exhibition, such as EDM machines, wire cut machines, CNC engraving systems, surface grinding units, milling machines, and a range of accessories.

According to Nagappan, “The improved version of Sparkonix ZNC EDM S50 ZNC and EDM Drill Speed II are the latest new models with improved performance, and they also have a very good price performance ratio.”

Developed in-house, the 4.0 Industry compatible ZNC EDM Model: S 50 ZNC EDM will be launched during the event with several salient features. These features include a fuzzy logic control system, a 10-segment auto-editing function with both manual and automatic editing capabilities, and an AC servo motor for the Z-axis.

The machine intelligently adjusts to unstable discharging conditions and features an industrial-grade Raspberry Pi-based controller for faster, more stable program reading. In the event of a power failure, it automatically retrieves machining conditions, minimizing downtime. Additionally, it comes with a built-in ARC detection circuit.

“The machine is suitable for cutting all materials and special alloys used in the medical and aerospace industries by using copper and graphite electrodes,” he explains.
