Kobelco Compressors India Pvt Ltd is bringing advanced compressors to the ACMEE 2025 platform to demonstrate how energy saving and uncompromised reliability can transform operations on a shop floor.

The exhibition provides the company with a platform to showcase its latest range of Oil-Free and Oil-Flooded Screw Compressors tailored for energy efficiency and reliability as well as engage directly with existing and potential customers, offering live demonstrations and technical discussions.

The company is keen to reveal its advanced Oil-Flooded Screw Compressor at ACMEE 2025. The product features a 37 kW capacity with a Variable Speed Drive (VSD), and a high-efficiency iPM Motor. “This model represents our latest innovation in energy-saving and performance optimization,” he adds.
Among the highlights of the company’s display will be the unveiling of the next-gen variable speed compressor—the KOBELION-VS Series. This series introduces the newly developed Air End with the company’s patented rotor profile and built-in overhang design. “Equipped with an IE4 super-premium efficiency IPM motor, it delivers zero transmission loss and outstanding reliability,” he explains.
Takeshima emphasizes the compressor’s versatility, stating, “The New-Wide Range Control allows operation down to 0.4 MPa, increasing flow automatically at lower pressure, which is ideal for peak trimming and partial load applications.”
Further speaking on the compressor’s features, he notes, “The compressor is controlled by the advanced NGSC-430 controller, offering full-color touchscreen operation, lightning protection, restart delay, reverse phase protection, built-in group control (up to 6 units), and IoT compatibility.”
This compressor series was designed specifically with industrial applications in mind wherein wide pressure adaptability and maximum reliability are a necessity. “The VS Series is best suited for users looking to reduce life cycle costs, supplement fixed speed base-load compressors, and achieve immediate and maximum energy savings with a simple, robust solution,” he highlights, building upon the compressor’s comprehensive specifications.
