• The upper plate, lower plate, and inner ring are driven by three sets of precise worm gear reducers, each powered by a separate variable frequency motor.
• The spindles use high-precision bearings to ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the machine tool.
• A high-precision pneumatic load system utilizes a precise proportional control valve, integrating pressure and time functions to ensure perfect parallelism of processed parts. • The system is equipped with reliable PLC control and a touch panel, enabling convenient and intuitive operation.
• It uses a CBN grinding wheel with dressing rings.

This machine is primarily suitable for double-sided fine grinding of high-volume parts.
