The Kobelion IV VS Series from Kobelco is a new-generation oil-injected screw compressor designed for unmatched energy efficiency and performance. Equipped with a patented rotor profile and built-in overhang design, it integrates an IE4 oil-cooled Syn-IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet) motor for zero transmission loss and optimum reliability.

The VS series offers a wide operating pressure range from 4 to 8.5 bar, with the ability to automatically increase flow at lower pressures—making it ideal for fluctuating air demand scenarios. Its NGSC-430 controller supports IoT compatibility, multi-unit sequencing, and advanced system monitoring.

Designed with workplace comfort in mind, the low-noise enclosure (as quiet as 58 dBA) ensures suitability for peaceful and noise-sensitive environments. Additional features include a 3-step oil separation system ( <1.6 ppm oil carryover), centrifugal fan with VFD, and anti-condensation safeguards for enhanced durability. It is built to perform in ambient temperatures up to 50°C.
