Sparkonix ZNC EDM from Hi-Tech CNC Marketing & Services

Hi-Tech CNC Marketing & Services, a leading tool room machinery supplier, has launched the Industry 4.0-compatible Sparkonix ZNC EDM – Model: S 50 ZNC. The in-house developed machine is equipped with several advanced features, including a fuzzy logic control system, a 10-segment auto-editing function with both manual and automatic editing capabilities, and an AC servo motor for the Z-axis.

The machine intelligently adjusts to unstable discharging conditions and features an industrial-grade Raspberry Pi-based controller for faster, more stable program reading. In the event of a power failure, it automatically retrieves machining conditions, minimizing downtime. Additionally, it comes with a built-in ARC detection circuit.

Designed for versatility, the S 50 ZNC is suitable for cutting all materials and special alloys commonly used in the medical and aerospace industries, utilizing copper and graphite electrodes.
